This year Central Manitoulin will be hosting a March Break Youth Program!
The program will offer an exciting lineup of activities designed to engage children aged 6 to 12. The program is scheduled from March 10th to March 14th, 2025 in the afternoons (1 pm to 4 pm) at the Providence Bay Hall.
On Monday - the week kicks off with an ANIMAL TRACK IDENTIFICATION session led by Manitoulin Streams, encouraging young explorers to connect with nature.
Tuesday - shifts gears to technology with a hands-on ROBOTICS WORKSHOP, conducted by Manitoulin Metal Robotics, that is sure to captivate budding engineers.
On Wednesday - creativity takes center stage with a GNOME PAINTING session hosted by Shelia McDermid, where children can express their artistic flair.
Thursday - introduces culinary fun as Pam Roy guides participants in MAKING MONKEY BREAD, a delightful treat for all.
Then on Friday - the week concludes with a SLIME EXTRAVAGANZA, facilitated by Alison, offering a messy and oozy exploration of fun science.
Each day brings a new activity and promises to be a memorable experience, fostering learning and fun!
